We’ll also need you to provide all necessary documentation, such as proof of ownership, property details, and any relevant certifications or licenses.

Once the listing is finalized, the nextstep is to launch a tailored marketing campaign for your property. We will begin promoting it to the best of our ability, using the comprehensive strategies outlined in this proposal. Viewings

To maximize the chances of a successful sale, we encourage sellers to accommodate viewings as best they can, ensuring flexibility with scheduling to attract serious buyers. Negotiations

Step four is when we start receiving bids on your property. As offers come in, we will carefully review each one and provide you with a detailed

5.
Contracts

The process of contracts begins with the Reservation Agreement and a deposit of a minimum of €6.000 held by the Estate Agent, following a two week period for due diligence of the property and then when
satisfactory you will proceed to the Private Contract with 10% paid to the selling party’s lawyer. Our Office Manager will guide you through this process, liaising with the lawyers and be there to answer any
questions you may have.

6.
Completion

Completion of the sale will take place at the notary, where all legal
formalities will be finalized. Both parties will sign the necessary
documents, and the transfer of ownership will be officially recorded.
